Online Fitness Coaching

In today’s busy world, there are many distractions that can keep you from starting that new workout or nutrition plan you have been thinking about.  We understand, and we want to give you the support you need, even if we aren’t able to meet in person.  We will do an initial assessment (either in person, over the phone or even by email), then develop a workout and nutrition plan for you.  You will be in contact with your personal trainer to report your progress, ask questions, and provide feedback about how the workouts are going.  In return, your trainer will make the adjustments to your plan as well as offer suggestions, support and encouragement.
