Athletic Strength Training

The principle aspects of this program are building core strength, endurance, range of motion, and overall power.  Injury prevention is a key focal point as it is in all of our trainings.  Age appropriate exercises combined with an importance placed on proper technique will aid athletes in making steady and lasting improvements and provide them a solid foundation to continue building on for years to come.  This program is designed for kids 13 and older.  Programs can be tailored to specific sports (in-season or out-of-season) and offered for teams/groups or individuals.
